Most design firms have sales reps, who give your project to a project manager, who discusses it with a graphic artist, who then hands it off to a web developer. All the while you've only spoken to the sales rep and have to just sit and wait. These firms are more like vending machines, you put your money in, you get what you pay for, then you walk away, and 15 minutes later, you're still hungry.
JAM Graphics is a design firm, consisting of designers and developers, who are your sales reps, project managers, account reps, designers and developers! A small firm with the knowledge and resources of a large firm, just without the hassle!
We like to work with our clients as a partner with their projects. We won't hand you a cookie cutter website or a clip art logo... We'll work with you personally and get your job done, the way it needs to get done.
And while we're working on something, if you need a logo, a business card, or a flyer in the middle of everything... you'll have to fill out a new project request form, submit it, wait for a quote, and wait longer for your larger project to get completed.... oh wait, that's the larger firms... we'll just do it!
We work 24/7, well, we might as well because we take care of our clients all hours of the day. We understand deadlines, problems, issues, and urgencies, and we understand that our clients depend on us to do business, so you'll never have to wait till 9am Eastern to call or get a response.
We are professionals. We've heard that this is an unprofessional industry, in some cases it is, because any Joe can design and build a website, but they can't do it the way it's supposed to be done. We have the experience and the resources to compete with the big companies. We also know how important it is to have a professional looking website. The general public is more in tune to what looks professional and what doesn't, and that affects your business.
We are programmers. A lot of companies or individuals who freelance don't do their own programming. And these days, the cheapest way to get programming done is in India. This is trouble if you like to sleep. Additionally, if a project that's freelanced out to another country goes south and has to be updated or modified by another company, it could be a disaster. We develop our designs custom, here.
We do NOT use templates. Templates cause road blocks, sometimes encase the whole project in a box! We custom build our websites from scratch code so we can be free to make the site function the way we want. Templated content management systems also offer TOO much editability for the client, which makes things confusing and sometimes impossible.
We have a trouble-free content management system. Our content management system is also custom built so we can offer endless ability. All custom, all the time.
